The 2024 Mountain View Black Ball Squash Open continued today with eight Round Two matches from the top half of the draws.
There were two big upsets in the men’s matches as Youssef Ibrahim and Miguel Rodriguez took out Joel Makin and Tarek Momen to gatecrash the quarter-finals, where they’ll face Mazen Hesham and Ali Farag.
The women’s matches all went to seeding, and an Egyptian finalist is guaranteed after Nouran Gohar, Nada Abbas, Salma Hany and Nour El Tayeb all advanced against fellow Egyptians.
